Lawsuit Reveals Paul Walker’s Death Was Caused By The Driver, Not the Car

“Roger Rodas’ death, and all other injuries or damages claimed, were the result of Roger Rodas’ own comparative fault,” the company said in a statement.
Kristine Rodas, widow of Roger Rodas, who died along with the 40-year-old in the accident, is suing the luxury carmaker, Porsche, claiming their poor design and negligence is what killed her husband and the ‘Furious 7′ star.

 

But Porsche has fired back and is placing full blame on Rodas, who they say could’ve avoided the crash.
The company denies accusations of negligence, product liability and wrongful death — and is now asking that the lawsuit be dropped completely.
